Founder.  I had totally forgotten what I did for the past few weeks. Ok , jump straight to 300509. There's plenty of training going on during Holidays. So must perservere til the end, no matter how hard it is. There's some problem with my kneecap , pain . Go away , please. Hey friend, must endure.Train hard for the sake of ______ . O.K !
